Sometimes it is useful to consider the task completed at the moment when it marked as Resolved, not when it marked as Closed

It was observed when working under Jira. I believe that it can be reasonable for other project management systems

Since release 1.3, both Closed and Resolved tasks are considered completed. At a later date we are going to put a special setting into the User Interface to control this behavior.
